KALISPELL, Mont. (NMB) – NBC Montana reports that the suspect in the recent fatal shooting outside a Fuel Fitness parking lot in Kalispell has pleaded not guilty to deliberate homicide.
Jonathan Shaw, 35, is accused of killing 27-year-old gym manager Matt Hurley on September 16th after he told Shaw he could no longer live out of his car in the parking lot.
Bail is set at $1 million, and Shaw remains in jail. He could face the death penalty or life in prison if convicted.
