In addition, Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks will hold public meetings in the region to provide information and answer questions.

In Region 6, FWP will host in-person public meetings from 6-8 PM on Tuesday, January 4th in Havre at the Great Northern Inn; Tuesday, January 11th in Glasgow at the Cottonwood Inn; and Wednesday, January 12th at Malta High School.

There will also be an online meeting for Region 6 on Wednesday, January 5th.

In Region 4, there will be public meetings at 7 PM on Tuesday, December 28th at Chester-Joplin-Inverness High School; Wednesday, December 29th at the Fort Benton Ambulance Station, and Thursday, December 30th at Stanford City Hall.

The virtual meeting for Region 4 is Tuesday, January 11th.

FWP says that they are seeking to simplify regulations by combining some hunting districts, reducing some license and permit types, and eliminating hunting district portions.
