Labor Day weekend marks the unofficial end of Summer. Many people will be enjoying their last camping trip of the year. When you get back the City of Havre does have an ordinance about trailer parking. Public Works Director for the City of Havre, Trevor Mork tells us more.
“As far as codes on the books this is a fairly new one it was adopted in 2022 that trailer parking is prohibited. No trailer should be parked on any public street, avenue, boulevard, alley, or public/private road in the city. You may do it for a temporary time period of 72 hours and that’s usually for loading and unloading.”
You can find more ordinance information on the City of Havre website.
