HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – Havre twin brothers were arrested on Monday afternoon after failing to show up to court hearings for felony charges.
Havre Police Chief Gabe Matosich says Curtis George Healy and Timothy Healy, both 20, were arrested by Havre Police Officers at around 1:46 PM at the Hill County Courthouse and taken to the Hill County Detention Center without incident after missing their scheduled court appearances earlier in the day.
Timothy is being held on $50,000 bond, while Curtis is being held without bond.

Curtis George Healy was supposed to be sentenced at 1:30 PM on Monday by Judge Kaydee Snipes-Ruiz after pleading guilty to the felony of abuse, neglect, or exploitation of a developmentally disabled person.
A no bond warrant for Healy’s arrest was issued back in October after he allegedly violated the terms of his release. Court documents allege that on October 23rd, Healy was cited for Obstructing a Peace Officer after running away from a Police Officer and providing him with a false name. The Officer had responded to a call that there was a male in someone’s backyard. Healy was also alleged to have violated his Court-ordered curfew that same night and have been under the influence of alcohol. Court documents allege the Officer observed a strong odor of alcohol on Healy’s breath. Healy pretended to give a breath sample and then spit into the tube of the Preliminary Breath Test (PBT).
Since then, Healy has apparently failed to communicate with the court and did not show up to his Pre-Sentence Investigation interview.
In the plea agreement, which has not yet been accepted by the court, Healy admitted to the following:
I voluntarily and intelligently admit that on or between November I, 2020 and December 16, 2020, purposely or knowingly abused or sexually abused a person with a development disability. I admit the above because it is true.
As per the terms of the plea agreement, the misdemeanor sexual assault charge was supposed to be dismissed.
Healy was originally charged with felony sexual intercourse without consent, but that charge was amended to the felony abuse charge he pleaded guilty to.
Timothy
Timothy Healy was supposed to attend a scheduled hearing at 10:30 AM on a petition to revoke his bail.
Healy pleaded guilty to felony sexual assault in late 2020 based on accusations that he had inappropriate sexual contact with a child under 12 years-old.
In the plea agreement, Healy admitted to the following:
I voluntarily and intelligently admit that on or between October 1, 2020 and November 18, 2020, in Hill County, Montana-, I knowingly subjected a child under 12 years of age, to sexual contact without consent, I am 18 years or older. I admit the above because it is true.
As per the agreement, the other charge Healy was facing, felony sexual abuse of children, was supposed to be dismissed at sentencing.
On December 12th, 2020, a warrant for arrest was filed for Healy after he allegedly violated the conditions of his release. Court documents allege that Healy did not comply with the Pre-Sentence Investigation, did not complete a psychosexual evaluation, and had his GPS monitor removed after failing to pay the required fees for it.
