
HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – A second candidate has entered the race to represent District 2 on the Hill County Commission.
The Commissioners’ Executive Assistant, Sheri Williams, filed as a Democrat on Friday. The other candidate in the race so far is Republican incumbent Diane McLean.
The other race in Hill County with multiple candidates already filed is for Clerk and Recorder. Deputy Clerks Lexis Dixon and Tina Salazar are set to face off.

- Incumbent Sheriff/Coroner Jamie Ross (D)
- Incumbent Superintendent of Schools Victoria Proctor (R)
- Incumbent Treasurer/Assessor Sandy Brown (D)
- Incumbent Auditor Kathy Olson (D)
- Incumbent Justice of the Peace Audrey Barger (Non-partisan)
- Incumbent to represent District 2 on the County Conservation District (NP)
The nomination deadline is March 14th.
The primary election is June 7th, and the general election is November 8th.
