The MSU Northern Lights and Skylights faced off against the Montana Western Bulldogs Saturday for the last home game of this season for MSU Northern.
Starting out with the women’s game, the Skylights were on their A game to start out this gaem and by the end of the 2nd quarter Skylights were ahead 38-32. However, by the second half, the Bulldogs turned the tides and left the Skylights in the dust. At the end of the women’s game, the Montana Western Bulldogs won against the MSU Northern Skylights 75-62.
The men’s game saw a tighter gap in score between the Bulldogs and Lights, with the first half ending 35-31 and Montana Western ahead. In the second half, more close action between these two basketball teams and instances of each team in the lead in a back-and-forth action. However, in the end, the Montana Western Bulldogs took home the win against the MSU Northern Lights 77-72.
