In the second half of Wednesday’s 9c program in game three Box Elder and North Star battled it out to proceed in the tournament and avoid a consolation match Thursday. In the final seconds Box Elder pulled out the win, 70-62.
Game four and final of the first day of 9C was Big Sandy with the win over Hays-Lodgepole, 90-50.
On Thursday CJI will play against Turner and Big Sandy will battle Box Elder as they advance in the Brackets. The teams that lost Wednesday will play Thursday morning for a second chance to continue. Live coverage is on HiLinetoday.com and KRYK 101.3 FM.
