BILLINGS, Mont. (NMB) – The Billings Gazette reports that an investigation is ongoing following an explosive fire at a refinery near Billings over the weekend.
The fire at the ExxonMobil refinery in Lockwood could be seen from miles on Saturday night. It burned for about three hours but nobody was injured.
The cause of the fire remains unclear, and damage assessments are ongoing.
