Havre, MT (NMB) – The Havre High School Boys and Girls Track teams traveled to Whitefish for the ARM Invitational Meet on Saturday. Both Teams finished in 4th place on the day with the Girls scoring 71points and the Boys scoring 72 points.
Leading the way for the Blue Pony Girls was Hailey Gingery who placed first in the 1600 Meters and second in the 800 meters. Other top finishers for the Pony Girls are Kaydance Reiter finishing second in the girls 100 meters, Macee May finishing second in the Triple Jump and the Girls 4 by 400 meter relay team finishing second.
The Blue Pony boys did not have any individual champions but they had several top performances on Saturday. Caleb Tomac paced the boys with a second place finishes in both the 1600 and 800 meters. Shane Patacsil place second in the 400 meters, Kale Van Campen placed second in the Boys Triple Jump, and Zachary Monk placed second in the Javelin.
Next up for the Blue Pony Track Teams is the Top Ten Meet in Glasgow on Tuesday and then they host their own invitational on Saturday.
