HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – Voting in school Board elections in Montana concludes at 8 PM today.
At this point, ballots must be turned in in-person to the designated location for your District.
For Havre, that is the Robins Administration Building.
Although the 2021 state legislature passed a law ending same-day voting registration, the law has been stayed by a State District Court Judge. This means that those still interested in voting in today’s elections should be able to register at your County’s Election Office or Election Headquarters, according to the Montana Free Press.
To register, you must provide either a Montana driver’s license number, state ID number or the last four digits of your Social Security number.
