STILLWATER COUNTY, Mont. (NMB) – The Stillwater County Sheriff’s Office said on Monday that a woman remained missing after a raft overturned on the Stillwater River just south of Columbus.
Three adults and a child were rescued shortly after the incident, which occurred at about 1 PM Sunday, but a 44-year-old woman remains missing and is believed to be in the Yellowstone River.
Search efforts will be conducted as weather permits. The Stillwater County Sheriff’s Office asks anyone that comes upon anything in the area that could be tied to this incident to please contact Stillwater County Sheriff’s Office Dispatch at 406-322-5326.
