Hill County Released Weekly COVID-19 Update, With One Hospitalization

HILL COUNTY (NMB) On Monday the Hill County Health department released their COVID-19 count for the week of August 23rd through August 29th with eight active cases and one new hospitalization.

In Hill County there have been a total of 5,569 cases with 5,487 recoveries and 74 deaths since the beginning of the pandemic.

According to the COVID-19 dashboard for state of Montana, in the past week there have been 1,714 reported cases and 2,042 active case

Counties with the highest numbers from the past week are Yellowstone County with 294 new cases, Cascade with 283, Flathead ith 143, and Missoula county with 140.

53% of eligible Montanans are considered to be fully immunized.
