HAVRE (NMB) The Hill County Commission met Thursday morning and discussed and approved contractual agenda items.
One Item that was voted on and approved was a Council on Aging (COA) contract number 22027210060 which ends September 30, 2022 and would increase cost per meal in congregate settings from $4.20 per person to $5 per person with a maximum of $6,600 cost allowed.
The Commission also approved a COA a one-time contract with Rocky Boy that would extend through June 30, 2023 with quarterly funds to not exceed $3,036.
A third contract agenda item approved was with the Health Department Satellite WIC (wick) program without a stated fiscal amount for Liberty and Blaine Counties with Hill County as the Administration and Fiscal Management of the contract.
