LAKE COUNTY (NMB) The Montana Highway Patrol reported a single vehicle fatality that occurred on August 26th on US-93 at mile marker 74 near Big Arm in Lake County.
A Honda motorcycle was northbound on US-93 by a 56 year old man from Freeport, Texas when the machine went off the right side of the road for unknown reasons.
The driver suffered serious head trauma and was life flighted to Logan Health in Kalispelll where he succumbed to his injuries.
The rider was not wearing a helmet. The roadway was bare and dry. No other factors are suspected in this crash.
