The back-to-back State Defending Champion Havre Lady Blue Ponies Basketball Team won their 3rd game in a row with a (62-45) Hi-Line Rivalry victory over Malta Tuesday night. Havre came into the game looking focused, with their opponent being a previously undefeated Malta Team. Freshman Guard Amaya Jarvis continues to shine for the Blue Ponies, scoring a game high 17 points in the victory.
Havre Head Coach, Dustin Kraske, was very complimentary of the freshman:
“We’re obviously excited she plays on our team; she’s just doing a very nice job for us. We’re just very pleased, she’s a wonderful kid, doing a nice job. She’s very complimentary to our program and the players we have, we’re very fortunate.” -Kraske
The Lady Blue Ponies will be back in action January 6th, hosting Custer in the Blue Pony Gym at 7:30 PM.
