The Havre Blue Ponies Girls Basketball Team won Divisionals this past weekend and know move on to States where they will try to defend their back-to-back state titles. Havre defeated Sidney (70-40), Laurel (57-43), and Hardin (69-50) in the Championship Round.
Head Coach Dustin Kraske spoke about what his girls will be working on during this time off until states.
“Well we’re going to keep working on guarding our guy, keep the kids in front of us, and collectively rebound. I know it sounds like a broken record but on offense we have to share the ball, limit turnovers, and shoot good shots. It’s not quite as simple as that but that’s what were striving for. These next couple of weeks were going to heal up and get our legs back under us as we prep up for Browning next week.” – Kraske
