(Great Falls) – A Poplar man who admitted sexually abusing a woman on the Fort Peck Indian Reservation was sentenced on August 14th to 4 years and 8 months in prison, to be followed by 30 years of supervised release.
Shane Daniel Freemont pleaded guilty in February to the charges of sexual abuse.
Chief United States District Judge Brian M. Morris presided over the case with the U.S. Attorney’s Office prosecuting the case.
