(Havre) – On Saturday October 7th, the Havre Elks Lodge will be hosting the Montana Shamrockers. Brandy Kurtz the secretary for the Elks Lodge talk about the event.
“Well, we have the Montana Shamrockers they’re an Irish folk band out of butte Montana. they’ve been up in Havre a couple times previous to covid, and they are going to be putting on a performance at the elks. Music starts at 7pm, happy hours is from 5pm to 6pm and then people can come and have a drink or two before getting into their seat and everything then the performance will start at 7pm.”
She goes on to talk about how the money will be used from the show.
“So, we have to pay for the contract and then anything over the contract amount goes to… We do community activities for veterans, first responders, youth and just our community. So we’ll put it toward the community project of our choosing at our next meeting.”
