The Havre Cross Country teams competed in the Eastern ‘A’ Classic in Livingston on Friday.
The girls finished third with a score of 93, while the boys placed fifth and tallied 141.
For the Blue Pony girls, Ashlyn Ford was the top finisher with a 20:18:28 5K, good for fourth place overall. Hailey Gingery ran a 21:50:44, while Clara Haslem was a top-3 runner for Havre at 22:13:15.
For the boys, Caleb Tomac was again fastest for Havre, placing third overall and running a 16:16:70. Mason Gregoire and Zack May were again in the upper tier of Blue Pony runners with a 17:59:77 and 18:27:90, respectively.
Havre Cross Country is running in one more meet and it’s the most important one of the season. The State Meet in Kalispell at Rebecca Farm will take place this coming Saturday.
