(Havre) – On October 19th the Hill County board of commissioners held their weekly meeting during which they approved several items.
The first item they approved was a resolution that requested prosecutorial assistance in the case of State vs Anthony Shields Jr. The second item they approved was a resolution allowing Montana Association of Counties represent Hill County in the ongoing dispute regarding the calculation and levying of state mills.
The board also approved a certificate of survey for section 4 and 5, T32N, R15E, Government Lot 7 which will change the common boundaries of the property to properly define them.
