(NMB) The Frontier Conference’s Volleyball regular season came to an end over the weekend and now all 6 teams are preparing for the Conference tournament Friday and Saturday in Great Falls. The MSU Northern Skylights finished their regular season with a couple of wins over Carroll College and Rocky Mountain College to finish the year 12 and 13 overall and 4 and 6 in conference play. Northern will go into this weekend’s tournament as the number 5 seed and will open up the tournament vs the number 4 seed Montana Western Bulldogs on Friday at 11am. The other first round match will feature the number 3 seed Rocky taking on 6 seed Carroll College. Montana Tech, the 1 seed and Providence, the 2 seed earned first round byes. The Frontier Conference volleyball tournament will crown a champion on Saturday at 2pm.
