(Bozeman) Montana State University Extension in Broadwater, Gallatin and Madison-Jefferson counties will host a one-day crop school on Wednesday, January 31st at the Headwaters Livestock Auction in Three Forks.
Speakers will cover such topics as growing canola, herbicides, calibrating spray equipment, carbon markets and controlling ground squirrels. Registration is required by 5 p.m. on January 19th.
The event runs from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and includes a catered lunch. Four private pesticide applicator credits will be available, and commercial credits will be available in select categories.
