This weeks Montana federal court appearances

(US Courts) The US Attorney Jesse Laslovich’s office released their list of federal court arraignments this past week.

Appearing in Billings before U.S. Magistrate Judge Timothy J. Cavan and pleading not guilty on April 4th was Shacheen Leigh Russell, 35, of Billings, on charges of prohibited person in possession of a firearm. If convicted of the most serious crime, Russell faces a maximum of 15 years in prison.

Appearing in Great Falls before U.S. Magistrate Judge John T. Johnston and pleading not guilty on April 2nd was Kyle Allen Mostad, 39, of Townsend, on charges of prohibited person in possession of a firearm and ammunition. If convicted of the most serious crime, Mostad faces a maximum of 15 years in prison.
