(Anaconda – KPAX) A suspect is in custody after a man was found dead in Anaconda-Deer Lodge County following the report of a domestic disturbance early Wednesday morning, April 10th.
The Anaconda-Deer Lodge County Attorney’s Office has confirmed Leann Malcolm is in custody on charges of deliberate homicide and tampering with evidence following the incident.
Police in Anaconda responded to a report of a “serious domestic disturbance”, and when officers arrived at the residence, they found a man dead with visible, apparent injuries.
According to the release, the cause and manner of death have not been determined.
