(US Attorney Office) Two people appeared in Montana Federal Court this week, said the Office of US Attorney Jesse Laslovich.
Kyle Barclay Wallace, 36, of Kalispell, appeared on charges of false statement in acquisition of a firearm and receipt of a firearm by person under indictment.
Taneal Raschae Sutherland, 30, of Deer Lodge appeared on charges of kidnapping and assault with intent to commit a felony. If convicted of the most serious crime, Sutherland faces a maximum of life in prison.
