(Helena) – Three Montana communities will share a $100,000 grant through the Montana Main Street Program
Montana Main Street (MMS) strives to help communities preserve their historic downtown commercial districts.
The three communities chosen to receive the grant are the town of Broadus, the city of Cut Bank and the city of Glasgow.
Paul Green, director of the Montana Department of Commerce, said “Montana’s Main Streets are at the heart of our state’s values, our neighborhoods and the economy …These main street grant awards will help visitors better navigate and explore…”
There are currently 37 Montana Main street communities that have received the grant since 2008.
