Hill County Health Department warm weather tips.

(Havre) This week forecast to have multiple high temperature days once again, and the Hill County Heath Department shared some tips for warm weather safety via their Facebook page.

HCHD says that drinking water often, resting in the shade, reporting heat related symptoms early, and reporting to the hospital when things get noticeably worse is what’s most important.

Heat stroke can result in convulsions leading to death if not immediately recognized and treated, so when you’re feeling dizzy, getting cramps, and have a headache or nausea after time in the heat, we remind you to take time to rest and re-hydrate.
