(Havre – Kendall Brown) – Havre Trails will be hosting their sixth annual Summerfest in Pepin Park on August 24th from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The event will include dozens of Montana drinks, including beer and ciders on tap, wine and seltzers, food and live music.
Summerfest, formerly called “Brewfest”, is a fundraiser for Havre Trails, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote and improve recreational trails in and around Havre.
In the past, Havre Trails has used funds to create brand new trails in places like Beaver Creek Park south of Havre, reporting that proceeds from prior events have allowed Havre Trails to create the Rotary Canyon Loop Trail north of Bear Paw Lake and the Brough’s Coulee loop off of the Bear Paw Nature Trail in Beaver Creek Park, and the Bullhook Butte Trail at Saddle Butte.
Havre Trails is also looking for volunteers to help out at the event, those interested can register by clicking here.
