Lights Football Announces 2024 Recruiting Class

After much anticipation, the Montana State University-Northern Lights football team made the 2024 recruiting class official on Wednesday afternoon. There are some local Hi-Line kids who will be competing for playing time as freshman as the fall practice sessions get going on campus.

A couple of Big Sandy high schoolers who won a 6-man state championship in 2022 will be competing for the Lights in 2024 and beyond. Lane Demontiney and Gavin Clawson are both multi-sport athletes in their careers so far and will now be given the chance to prove themselves on the gridiron. After moving from Big Sandy to Lewistown prior to his senior year, Wylee Snapp was officially introduced as a Light. He signed his letter of intent back in January.

Other notable Montana recruits to land in Havre are Layne Powers from East Helena, Grant O’Neill from Great Falls High, Kendall O’Neill from Arlee, and the duo of Jaxson Parkinson and Trent Sturgill from Power.

The rest of the names for the 2024 MSU-Northern Lights football team is available on their Facebook page.
