(Kalispell – Kendall Brown) – Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks (FWP) is announcing a new requirement for hunters this season at Foys Bend Fisheries Conservation Area (FCA) near Kalispell.
New this year, from October 1st through January 10th, 2025, permission to hunt will be administered by a random drawing.
Those interested in hunting the Foys Bend property will need to enter an application to the FWP office in Kalispell between September 1st through the 15th.
FWP says the lottery system aims to offer equal opportunity and better manage access to Foys Bend FCA.
