Stevensville builder convicted of fraud.

(Stevensville – Keller Sherman) A federal jury convicted a Stevensville timber frame home builder on September 20th of wire fraud and money laundering crimes according to U.S. Attorney Jesse Laslovich.

The jury found the defendant, Brett Mauri, guilty of 6 crimes. Mauri faces a maximum of twenty years in prison on the wire fraud counts along with a maximum of ten years in prison and three years of supervised release on each count of money laundering.

U.S. District Judge Dana L. Christensen presided.
