High winds cause at least 11 power line calls from Havre FD.

(Havre) The Havre Fire Department recorded at least 11 calls for downed power lines after October 4th’s evening storm.

A high wind advisory was in effect overnight as winds reached destructive speeds.

The National Weather Service observed winds as high as 55 miles per hour in the 8pm hour, with the high wind stretch lasting well into the night.
