(Havre) The Hill County Board of Commissioners had their weekly business meeting on October 24th.
The Commissioners first acknowledged an accidental quorum when Commissioners Strissel and Williams both took part in a jail inspection earlier that week. The commissioners also had a brief discussion over plans for the recently awarded insurance premium refund the county is a beneficiary of, as previously reported by New Media Broadcasters.
The commission was scheduled to act on inmate insurance policy this session, but chose to table the vote until next meeting amid some questions regarding policy that needed to be answered.
Dan Korb was also reappointed to the Zoning Board.
The next meeting is scheduled for October 31st.
