(Havre) The Havre Fire Department are reporting a structure fire that took place on Thursday.
HFD says that one of their fire engines reported to a house on the 1300 Block of 4th Street, and was advised on the way that there was a fire in the basement with 1 possible victim.
After arriving on the scene, crews were able to locate one individual with burn to his hands, and he was taken to the hospital as soon as an ambulance arrived. During a search of the home, two dogs were also located and returned to the owner in good health.
Crews were able to extinguish the flames and keep the fire contained to a single room in the basement. The scene was cleared at around 9:30pm
