(Havre) The Havre City Council held their monthly meeting on November 4th.
The meeting started with the second reading of an ordinance which continues the service of natural gas to the residents of Havre by NorthWestern energy.
The council also approved a drawdown of about 14 thousand dollars for phase one of the Havre city water main replacement process.
The Havre Chamber of Commerce were also approved for their route request for their annual Rudolph Run and subsequent tree lighting.
An update from the North Central MT Regional Water Authority showed that a water line is being planned from the eventual water treatment plant in Rocky Boy to Havre in order to serve Havre’s west end.
The next meeting is scheduled for December 2nd.
