(MSU Northern) Montana State University-Northern has launched an Apprenticeship Program that allows students to work as full-time or part-time teachers while completing their degrees.
According to MSU-N, the program embeds apprentices directly in schools, offering hands-on experience while they earn a salary, and making certification more accessible.
The program has launched in three locations, Rocky Boy, Harlem, and Wolf Point, where the university says the need for educators is particularly high.
