(Havre) The Havre Public Schools Board of Trustees held a special meeting on November 26th.
During this meeting, Holly Bitz was designated as the main person who would handle all matters of personnel in meetings going forward, which the board agreed aligned with her duties as a staff member.
During this meeting Havre High School Principal Dustin Kraske requested that an agenda item be added to a future board meeting in which he could be approved to draw from the high schools student account funds and invest them as needed without needed to ask for approval each time he accessed said funds.
Kraske explained that the funds are not currently being used for anything else.
No decisions have been made yet on this matter as it’s necessary for it to be approved during a public board meeting.
