Havre City Council Meeting – 2/3/2025

(Havre) Havre City Council met for their monthly meeting on Monday, February 3rd.

The city passed an ordinance that would allow the Havre Police Department to make arrests outside of city limits within 5 miles, which brings it in line with state code.

The council also passed a resolution in support of the fledgling Havre Community Heart and Soul organization, who were recently approved for funding alongside Harlem and Cutbank.

The meeting also saw Director of Havre Public Works Trevor Mork give a presentation on both the water main replacement project in Highland Park as well as the lead (led) pipe replacement project to take place throughout the city in select areas. The next meeting in set for March 3rd in Havre City Hall.
