(Yellowstone County) A report from the Montana Highway Patrol says a crash near Shepard in Yellowstone County injured three people and killed one person on Saturday.
Police say that a driver pulled out into oncoming traffic without yielding properly, causing an impact on their passenger side. That driver was killed on impact, and the oncoming vehicle had three injured passengers, but only one was in need of medical attention.
MHP says that speed was a suspected factor in this crash.
The deceased driver was from Billings, and was 47 years old.
