406 Grazing Academy Coming to Havre

(NMB)The Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation is hosting the 406-grazing academy in Havre June 3-5, in Havre,

The 406 is an immersive 3-day hands-on learning experience to deepen your knowledge of grazing management. This event will feature educational and campfire speakers, grazing demos, in-

class instruction, and field tours of MSU’s Northern Agricultural Experiment Station in Havre.

Workshop cost is $150 per person. Registration fees include educational materials, dinner and lunch all 3 days.

Participants are responsible for travel and hotel costs. A limited number of scholarships to assist those interested in attending are available through the Montana Rural Employment

Opportunities (REO) program.
