(Billings) A Billings man accused of distributing child pornography appeared Tuesday for arraignment, U.S. Attorney Kurt Alme said.
41-year-old Kole David Kuntz, pleaded not guilty to an indictment charging him with 2 counts of distribution of child pornography.
If convicted of the charges contained in the indictment, Kuntz faces a mandatory minimum 5 years to 20 years of imprisonment, a $250,000 fine, and 5 years to lifetime of supervised release.
The charging documents are merely accusations and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
