(Hill County) The Hill County Fair Board met Tuesday for their monthly meeting.
The board had a quorum as one board member was present over phone.
Fairgrounds Manager Frank English was absent, but his monthly report was filed before his absence and read during this meeting.
Many repairs and maintenance have been done to facilities in on the grounds.
Board member Bob Kaul says that one of the pumps on the grounds needs to be replaced.
The commercial buildings are being reworked on the fairgrounds, with new tin siding and wider doors.
The next meeting is scheduled for June 17th.
