(Havre) Dustin Grandchamp appeared in Twelfth Judicial District Court, Hill County on May 19th, 2025 for sentencing on a felony Possession of a Deadly Weapon by Prisoner charge.
At the time, Mr. Grandchamp was being held in the Hill County Detention Center for committing felony Assault on a Peace Officer.
The Court imposed a 5-year commitment to the Montana State Prison on the Assault on a Peace Officer charge on March 10th of this year, and imposed another 5-year sentence on possession of a deadly weapon by a prison.
Both are to be served out at Montana State Prison, and both sentences are set to run concurrently.
