MISSOULA, Mont. — A Manhattan man was sentenced Wednesday to seven years in prison for trafficking methamphetamine, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said.
51-year-old Kevin Andrew Bacon pleaded guilty to conspiracy and possession with intent to distribute. Prosecutors said Bacon accepted a package mailed from California that contained nearly two pounds of meth. He was arrested after picking it up from the post office in February 2023.
The case is part of Project Safe Neighborhoods, a national initiative to combat violent crime and drug trafficking.
