Havre, MT – five Havre Northstars were named to all conference and or all state secretions Friday morning.
Tanner DaLerosa, and Tyson Brandon were named to both the All Conference first team and All-State team. DaLerosa went 9-1 on the mound threw 96 strikeouts and finished with a 2.10 ERA in 11 starts. Tyson Brandon posted 81 hits and 52 RBIs while batting an average of 0.479, a .663 sugging percentage and 38 stolen bases, second among all first selections.
Qiun Elliot was the third Northstar selection the the All-Conference first team. In 10 starts, Elliot, recorded a 3.62 ERA and struckout 71 batters.
All-Conference second team honors were given to Tommy Lewis and Ezra Pyle, Lewis as a designated hitter and Pyle as the utility. Tommy Lewis, who is committed to play football at Montana State, secured 45 hits, 43 RBIs, and 3 homeruns on a 0.363 batting average. Pyle made the team by batting 0.315 on average for 47 hits, 40 RBIs and a on base percentage of 0.512. Pyle also stole the most bases among all second team selections with 37.
Colter Solomon, outfielder, and Chason Mader, Catcher, both received votes for All-Conference second team but were not selected. The Northstars won the North District regular season by three games with a record of 26-6.
