(Glasgow) – Hunter Education Field Days will be held in Glasgow this August, for those taking trapping, hunter, and bow hunter education classes online. Montana Fish, Wildlife, and Parks Region 6 communications and education manager Marc Kloker explains who is required to take a hunter education course.
“Hunter education has been required since the late fifties in Montana and basically at this point anyone born after 1985, to hunt in Montana is required to complete a hunter education class.”
The trapper education field day is August 10th, while the bow hunter and hunter field day is August 24th. All field days take place in Glasgow.
