Havre, MT – Lights basketball is right around the corner and MSU-Northern’s 2025 roster looks quite different this season.
The Lights lost a lot of production form the 2024 season and have replaced it with high level freshman and transfers. Coach Huse of the MSU-Northern program says there are multiple things he loves about his roster this year.
“I’m huge on guys with true character and do everything I can to put those kinds of teams together. This I group I believe has that. ” Coach Huse said and continued.
“When you talk about this roaster and all these guys up and down the line, it’s going to take us time I do believe that. It’s going to take some experience for this group to really reach their full potential, but that’s okay, our guys know it. Our guys are going out to win every game, and they expect to win every game, that said they also know it’s going to take a lot of work.”
The Lights will have that chemistry and hustle tested in a neutral site game against St Thomas University in Helena this Friday.
