Havre, MT – MSU-Northern Lights basketball entered the weekend 1-2 in conference play but moved to 3-2 after coming away with a pair of victories in their first home games of the season.
The Lights defeated Dickinson state 86-76 Saturday night and routed Bismarck State 91-56 Sunday afternoon.
“I still think there’s some things that we didn’t do as well as we have been doing them, and we’ll need to continue to correct mistakes and make sure that we are always seeing the big picture of things.” Lights head coach Shawn Huse said after the Dickinson State win.
The Lights had three players score in double figures each game.
Next up the Lights will host Dakota State and Bellevue University Friday and Saturday December 12 and 13. Both games tipoff at 7p.m.
