(NMB) United Way of Hill County will hold a campaign reveal event on March 12th, from 5:30pm to 6:30pm at Vic’s place. Danille Golie, Regional Director of United Way of Hill County said this is the first time they’ve done an event like this and it’s an opportunity to bring together United Way donors, leaders, businesses and partners to celebrate what they’ve raised right here in Havre.
‘Hill County really does a great job of taking care of its own, and, so, we just really want to give a shout out to our donors, our volunteers. But really those that do give of their time and money and resources to United Way. We just want to celebrate but also get you excited about what everybody has come together and reveal the number that we’ve been able to raise this year.”
Current United Way non-profit grant partners are The Salvation Army, Feed My Sheep Soup Kitchen, Havre Food Bank, Victims Service, HYSEP (Hi-Sepp) and the Greater Havre Ministerial Association.
The Grant Application process is now open. If you’re a non-profit who would like to apply, you can find out information at uwhillcounty.org.
The United Way campaign reveal is Thursday March 12th. This years United Way Crab boil is scheduled for October 3rd
