(Havre) – The City of Havre is sponsoring a Community Development Block Grant Application through Bear Paw Development on behalf of Havre Public Schools for upgrades to Lincoln McKinley School. Brian Gum, Superintendent of Havre Public Schools explains the areas these CDBG grant dollars would be utilized.
“We have kind of three articulated areas right now. So, 1 is a bathroom, those need some major overhauls and renovations, that’s kind of our first big ticket to go after. 2 would be the school roof that could use an update and the 3, we could also be looking at some renovations to that Lincoln MicKinley gym.”
There will be public hearing on this project later this year.
